The Escola Superior de Enfermagem S. Francisco das Misericórdias has a Quality Management System (QMS), certified in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001 Standard, since September 2008, by TÜV Rheinland Portugal.
The QMS is a tool that simplifies and gives visibility to the way of planning and implementing the monitoring, measurement, analysis and improvement processes, and is based on a development cycle, oriented towards student satisfaction and application of legal and regulatory requirements.
