The ESESFM Student Ombudsman, appointed by the Board of Directors, ensures the proper functioning of the teaching and learning process.

The Student Ombudsman is a personalized communication channel with the Board, both in monitoring the training course and in the appreciation of suggestions or discussion of particular situations.

The Ombudsman does not replace students' contact with the different services in solving current situations.

The Ombudsman finds the reason for its existence in the treatment of special situations that, for some reason, have not been resolved using normal channels.
